1. Assumption of Risk: I voluntarily participate in all RMRU activities—including indoor workshops, social events, meals, optional outdoor outings (Red Rocks hike), and volunteer-operated van transit. I freely assume all inherent risks, including injury, illness, physical exertion, altitude effects, and lost or damaged property.
2. Release of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by Colorado law, I release and hold harmless RMRU, its planning committee, individual volunteers, host venues, and volunteer drivers from any claims or liabilities arising from my participation. I acknowledge that RMRU is run entirely by unpaid volunteers.
3. Medical Emergency: I authorize event organizers to seek emergency medical care on my behalf at my own expense if I am incapacitated.
4. Media Release: I grant permission for RMRU to use photos or videos taken of me during the weekend for website, promotional, and archival use.

Need a scholarship?

We do not turn any addict or alcoholic away from our events. Our primary purpose is to be of service to the addict and alcoholic who is still suffering. Because of this, we hold fundraisers throughout the year to provide scholarships to those who need them.

You may be asking for financial help to attend The Rocky Mountain Roundup for many reasons. These are not of concern to us—it is only necessary for us that you request assistance.
